I am a barrister, professional author and consultant.

I practise in London but travel widely in Europe and elsewhere to see clients. I take an overarching approach to ensuring that all aspects of migration, residence and citizenship applications, as well as legal remedies, are considered and provide strategic advice to secure the optimum outcome for clients and their families.

I assist client with applicaitons for visas, residence permits and legal remedies. I see clients in conference to advise them, provide written advice and act in hearings in the Immigration Tribunals, the High Court and the Appeal courts. I have appeared in numerous cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union and advise and act in petitions to the European Court of Human Rights.

I provide advice and advocacy services, and assistance with applications, to persons in all aspects of UK immigraiton law; British nationality; conflict of nationality laws; settlement and ciitzenship for high value migrants; EU Citizenship and free movement of persons; family reunion visas; economic migration by Investors, Entrepreneurs and persons seeking UK work permits; human rights; Statelessness; and Asylum and International Protection.

I am able to act for clients directly under the Public Access scheme established by the Bar. In addition, I also accept instructions in the traditional way via a solicitor or other licenced professional client.

I act for individuals, communities and, where appropriate NGOs and international organisations.

I also act as a consultant to NGOs and international organisations, to assist with strategic litigation, analyses and reports of immigraiton and nationality law and practice, and actions plans for reform.
